Shipping rates are calculated on a per order basis. We provide complimentary shipping service for purchase above US$400.
For purchase below US$400, the shipping rates will be automatically calculated during checkout.

Any custom duties or tax payable?
For international orders, you may receive notification from the courier on the custom duties payable. Purchase made via the website does not include custom duties and sales taxes. This amount is imposed and collected by the local custom authorities at the prevailing local rate.

How long will the orders take to arrive?
As each of our jewelry pieces are custom-made to your ring size, the lead time for us to craft a brand-new ring would be approximately 3 weeks. An email with the tracking number will be emailed to you once the parcel has been shipped out. For international shipping, it may take up to 7 working days, subject to any changes during peak periods and festive seasons.
